to precision workflows."
My coffee journey started in 2014, selling cold brew iced coffee at my local church market — then progressing to roasting beans in my mother's oven and smoking out the kitchen. I ran "Ground Coffee Concepts" through university, selling bottled cold brew and roasted coffee to sustain myself and feed my obsession with the craft.
Every weekend I was behind the bar at my local church, pulling hundreds of shots — something I still do to this day. I stepped back from roasting in 2017 to pursue software engineering, but after attending a series of cupping sessions in 2025, I knew it was time to return. Now I'm building my own coffee brand again, and helping cafe owners do what I've always loved: make great coffee, consistently.
